7.8.2019 NEW YORK, NEW YORK | XFA is proud to team with The Emergence Project to provide a summer internship.

The Emergence Project, (a program of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York),  is a six-week internship program available for inner city foster children in New York City. The goal of The Emergence Project is both to provide the young people an opportunity to grow, learn and experience  a work environment that will challenge their comfort levels. Also, TEP allows business leaders to personally give to the young people.
Bill Ellington, XFA Managing Partner, recently commented, “Supporting programs like TEP and supporting these young adults is not only personally rewarding but essential if we are to prepare these individuals for the challenges that lie ahead of them.” This is the second year of the TEP and XFA is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of such a special project.  XFA will continue to support programs like TEP along with the many other charitable organizations we are proud to partner with.
